What is BUP?
A BUP is a memetic image often used by the SimpleFlips community. It is the texture of Toad's head, largely stretched out in ways that can fit into any face you want. As such, there are a lot of pictures of important people with the head of a BUP. Making sweet love to BUP with a stuffed eel skin is illegal in ALL states, (as of 5/24/2020)
Origin
BUP originates from the Super Releasio 64 romhack[1], a hack where nearly everything is covered in Toad's face, including the counters on the screen. Additionally, the BUP sound will play whenever a jump is made. This sound was made by reversing Toad's "AWOWOWOWOWOWOWO" sound effect from Mario Kart 64.

If BUP were to actually attain proper adhesive, he'd be restored to his full power. Not only would he take away Gay Baby Jails permanently, he would also condemn the world to a never-ending spiral of [Censored] 1 2 Oatmeal mashups. This was confirmed during a lore moment during one of SimpleFlips' Last Impact streams.
After a short but powerful revolution in the YouTuber Nathaniel Bandy's Discord server, the Bup Nation Discord server was made. It is as cursed as you would expect from such a mistake.
In Simp's video, The Garden BLJ, released on Feb. 19th, 2019, there are two instances where a BUP is zoomed in with static playing. The 2nd time this happens, at 8:09, two pieces of text follows:

Both of these strings are a Caesar Cipher. A shift of 7 reveals the texts to say "BUP IS MAD" & "PLEASE HELP HIM".
In SimpleFlips' video, You can't trust anything in this hack, released on Mar. 9th, 2019, another Caesar Cipher appears very briefly at the 5:11 mark. The code reads:

This new code (roughly) translates to: "CAN'T BE HELPED I'M AFRAID NOT THIS TALES BEEN TOLD BUT FAR LESS FRAUGHT THE PAGES PRESSED IN EIGHTY-ONE CAN THIS NIGHTMARE BE UNDONE?"
- Although some of SimpleFlips' friends can use BUP with no charge, viewers can still use BUP, but by renting the meme first for five dollars a month.
- Amazon surprisingly owns a decent amount of stock in BUP.
Many other mysterious codes have been seen in later videos which track the saga of Bup and Negabup. These codes are tracked and the story recorded in the Bup Ciphers Discord Server.
In other universes, the Bup functions differently. For example, in Spacehamster's universe, the Bup is an infectious disease that can cause anyone to Bup against their will.
